Some of the projects that I have been developing for the last couple of years. Those include, portraits, landscape and street photography. My vision of the world through a series of different images.

Metamorphosis

Metamorphosis, a Greek word that means transformation or change in shape. This project shows an experiment with low key via a series of portraits made at the photography studio at De Montfort University. It was challenging to achieve this result as I had to do many experiments with light and the subject. I used a Canon 700D with a 50mm Lens for this project. The pictures in black and white bring a dramatic change to the images. People now can focus only on the details with not many distractions. I could not be prouder than I am now with the result.

Urban Landscape - Leicester City

One of the Oldest cities in England, Leicester has many different things to look at. A project that show some interesting places around the city. A different perspective of the city where I was challenged to look to places where I have been, however, capturing these places through my lenses it makes this project a special moment for me. By using a Canon 700D and a wide lens, EF-S 10-20mm f/3.5 Lens, I looked to a city that will be my home for the next few years.

Underground Immersive

A Street Photography project at the London Underground. An immersive experience into one of the busiest places in London where people cross each other paths but never looking back. This project has a special meaning to me because I have been in the places that I have included in my project, however, this time I had the chance to stop and freeze the moment. I have used a Canon 700D and the 50mm and 24mm lens to achieve this outcome.

The London Underground will never look the same for me.
